0 - 24 hours = no refund
72-24 hours = 50% refund via S.O. gift card
Over 72 hours = full refund via S.O. gift card
Refund via S.O. GIFT CARD for trips we cancel due to dangerous weather or water conditions. We try to reschedule whenever possible.
Group Cancellation Policy (8 or more people)
0 - 3 Days = no refund
3 - 7 Days = 50% refund via S.O. gift card
Over 7 Days = full refund via S.O. gift card
