Wednesday Night Work Out
Kayaking is a great low impact aerobic workout.
Join us for an after-work special to get out and enjoy the beauty of the
Susquehanna and get a great workout as we circumnavigate City Island
or explore the upstream islands. Beginners & Novices Welcome!
Program includes boat, paddle, lifejacket, water & instructor
Depart from our site on City Island - you'll be moving your boat to the
water's edge and helping with return of equipment at the end of the paddle.
Will return in late spring 2010

bike paths. (rated moderate to easy - 10 miles max) Groups by reservation.

Includes canoe or kayak, lifejacket, paddle, & guide
and shuttle to put-in. (3rd person in boat 1/2 price)
Explore the clear shallow waters of the Susquehanna by
canoe and discover the exciting wildlife and birdlife of the
lush islands and grassbeds.
(rated tranquil - no experience needed)

Adventure Camp for Us BIG Kids
Adult Adventure Camp.....start your weekend early with us.
Join us @ our site on City Island for coffee and juice, followed by a cool morning bike ride
on the Riverfront to
Harrisburg Greenbelt's Five Senses Garden.
Pack your lunch for a picnic on the sunny beach or in a shady riverside gazebo.
Then we shuttle up to Ft. Hunter to float the day away on the sunny serene Susquehanna.
It's an all day affair!!!
(Bicycle trip - approximately 8 miles round trip. 1 hour for lunch. Float - approximately 3-4 hours.)

Full Moon Floats Join us for a Full-Moon-on-the-Water Opportunity!! We will
meet at our site on City Island and shuttle over to the beautiful 'Swattie' - Swatara
Creek outside Hershey for a 2-hour leisurely paddle amid the stars, moon and
seasonal foliage...and maybe some night creatures..yikes!
We'll provide cider and doughnuts.
